Describe how your team preps accounts and Clane builds the workflow: it pulls from CRM, the open web, and any tool you grant, then delivers enriched account briefs, outreach drafted in your voice, and a next-best-action before each call. The 30 hours a week reps lose to research become 30 hours of conversations.
Who does what
Account Researcher finds the account - funding, hiring, tech stack, news, signals - and writes the brief. Outbound SDR drafts the first-touch email in your voice with the brief embedded, and queues it at the approval gate (or sends, once you widen the mandate). Sales Coach reviews call recordings and gives each rep three specific things to do better next time.
A real run
A 40-person agency feeds 100 target accounts into the workflow every Monday morning. By Tuesday standup each rep has 25 enriched briefs, 25 drafted opening emails held for approval, and a next-best-action list. The Monday research day is now a 20-minute review session.
